Cut With Scissors

So there I was. Hundreds of miles from my home in La Crescenta, California. My little brother had been throwing tantrums for the last week because he wants me to come home. So I thought, hey, why not start a blog so he can see what I'm doing with Aunt Lindee and Uncle Ben in Hood River, Oregon. Hopefully this will work. And if he still has attitude after this, good luck mom :)

Maryhill Estate

A view of the Maryhill Estate from above on the hill. The Estate was turned into an art museum in 1926.
The museum is home to the worlds largest collection of rare chess sets. Including this Native American themed set.
The museum is also exhibiting original prints of Andy Warhol's influential artwork.
After the ball on the red carpet.

Wow-you guys and your fancy outfits!
But really, those chess pieces are totally rad. I hope you continue your blog when you go home. It would be an interesting way to keep in touch. I just posted pics from our day. Have a safe flight home!
